What We Offer

10-Day NAD+ Addiction Program

Our addiction protocol includes 10 consecutive days of NAD+ IV infusions, tailored to your unique needs. Each session is conducted in a quiet, private setting under RN supervision with supportive staff by your side every step of the way.

Duration: 10 days of IV infusions (4–6 hours daily)
Includes: Optional add-ons like subQ injections for post-program maintenance

Addiction Program Pricing: $1,000/day or $10,000 for 10-day package

NAD+ SubQ Maintenance Injections

Convenient, provider-guided subcutaneous injections to support your routine after the IV series. Scheduled by your clinician and used as part of an overall wellness plan in recovery.

Scope & Coordination

We provide NAD+ supportive care. We are not a residential program, inpatient detox, or a crisis service. With your consent, we can coordinate with your existing licensed addiction treatment team to keep care aligned.
